The BOAR is honest, simple, with great fortitude, gallant, sturdy, courageous person. People can rely on their strength and may find the pure gold from scratching their surface. The BOAR is an original nice person but quiet organizer, who hates arguments and bickering, to bring people together. They believe in loyalty and the thoughtfulness that make lasting and beneficial friendships in life; therefore, they always take the first step forward and establish excellent relationship with others. Their credibility and sincerity are their best assets. As a matter of fact, the BOAR is too innocent, naïve but they may be smarter than people can think of. While they may appear gullible, they actually know how to keep their profits in an inoffensive way to allow people to jump into the hole they want people to do. Yet, the BOAR can be a bit too affable and condescending at times. They also expect others to tolerate the way they pursue pleasure and even depravity. The BOAR simply helps people until people cannot handle things without them. They don’t dazzle people like the DRAGON, nor bewitch people like the MONKEY or TIGER, nor mesmerize people like a hypnotic SNAKE. They don’t mind taking up people’s burdens and even supporting them totally. They are the kind of person people for people to trust and to depend on because they can have incredible patience to work steadily on one thing at a time. They are calm, understanding and good listeners to tolerate a lot of nonsense from their friends. The BOAR has strong passions. They trust everyone and believe almost anything people tell them; even if they are strangers or people they know superficially. Unselfish and unassuming make them win more back from their friends. They are the perfect friend, forever willing to do people another favor, or led people another dollar. Maybe this explains why they are so lucky! However, the BOAR likes to compete with themselves and push themselves to perform Herculean feats. The secret of their success lies in their good faith, generosity and resilience. At times, it seems they own the Horn of Plenty. The BOAR are materialist, soft-hearted and too sympathetic to others. Most of the BOAR's problems stem from their overgenerousity because they do too much for others and promise more than they can deliver. They love to share what they have and also believe “two-way share” philosophy. Mr. BOAR may be generoous and money for him could be, "easy come, easy go". He will help himself to share friends’ food, friends’ wine, friends’ clothes, friends’ new golf set, friends’ latest camera, friends’ car, etc, if his friend tells him off, he responds with great disbelief and hurt. He doesn’t understand people’s one-way share. Ms. BOAR are either spotlessly clean or terrible untidy. She will devote all her energy and ask for very little in return. People are able to identify her pure ways for trusting. She can play the perfect hostess to her husband's parties and spoil the children. She is a good listener and will do whatever she can to comfort her children’s wounds because she looks upon them not as burdens but as her pride and joy. When she does complain, it will be mild. The honest BOAR gives love with all their heart. They don’t know how to camouflage their emotions. If they are hurt in love, they can carry their torch and bear their burden uncomplainingly for years. The generous BOAR will have a happy life with the quiet and sagacious RABBIT or the gentle SHEEP. The understanding BOAR will get along well with the TIGER. Two BOARs have no serious conflicts but may not be too stimulating. The two-way share philosophy BOAR will have problems with the selfish MONKEY. The honest BOAR will not feel compatible with the sleek SNAKE.
