Spring Rolls for Summer



It is an easy and great dish for summer and help you to eat much healthier without oil cook.
Ingredients: Spring rolls skin, hot water, cooked meat (pork or beef is ok), bean thread, Baby Spring Mix (Baby Red Romaine, Baby Tango, Baby Arugula, Baby Red Leaf, Baby Green Romaine, Baby Lolla Rosa).
First step: take one Spring Rolls skin into one bowl of hot water and wait it become softer take bean thread into one bowl of hot water and wait it become softer, then cut. Second step: take one Spring Rolls skin, then put Baby Spring Mix, cooked meat, and bean thread. Rape it as pictures. (see above)
