Once, Twice, Three times a Credit Score

The three large credit reporting agencies, Equifax, Trans-Union, and
Experian have announced they have combined their methodology in computing credit scores. This move should make for a more consistent score on credit reports. However, each agency still has it's own underlying raw data and there seems to be quite a bit of variance in that information. Little steps.

ARM me or Fix me?



Lots of folks have Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM) that are coming up for adjustment. Since rates have probably risen since these mortgages were taken out, it makes since to review
