How To Chat With Your Broker on the Blog

Log into Chatango and you'll see the chat window on the right side of Palm's blog. When you send a message a new conversation tab will be opened. To chat, type your message in the lower box and hit Enter and the chat will start.
How many conversations can I have at once?
As each person begins to chat with Palm Mortgage's broker, a tab is opened that refers to that conversation. Wait for a few minutes to see broker's reply your message and if you've had enough of him, click the "X" icon to end that chat. Up to ten people can chat to Palm Mortgage's broker simultaneously. Anyone who arrives after that gets shown a page telling them that you're busy. If you are the number of tabs below ten, you'll be available to chat with the broker.
